College admissions are more competitive than ever! If you're preparing for your SAT, you already know how important it is to get a high score. By taking the Excel Test SAT course, you are guaranteed a minimum increase of 200 points on your SAT score. This is more than any other test preparation company.
How is Excel Test different?
First, our instructors are truly experts in the areas that they teach. While other companies may have their teachers teach all sections of the SAT despite having done well in only one, Excel Test focuses its teachers to specialize in one particular area, which they teach repeatedly. Consequently, each Excel Test teacher has taught that class dozens, if not hundreds, of times, and you will have three or four different teachers per course. The result is a clearer, more efficient, and perhaps more entertaining class in which every teacher is an expert in his or her respective area.
Second, we realize that high school students lead busy lives and are overloaded from their many activities outside of schoolwork. We understand that, for our students to succeed, we must be able to hold their attention. Here at Excel Test, we go the extra mile to make our classes fun and exciting, infusing humor, candy, prizes, and pizza into the learning environment -- anything to make sure the students don't "faze out." The result? A motivating, invigorating environment in which students consistently learn how to perform to the best of their abilities.
Class Format
Each Excel Test SAT Prep Course consists of 10 classroom sessions that meet two to six times per week (depending on the schedule you choose).
Group Discounts
The full length course fee varies by location and includes all materials. There are opportunities for additional discounts as well:
- Group of 2 or more students: $25 discount per person
- Group of 5 or more students: $50 discount per person
- Group of 10 or more students: $100 discount per person
- Note: Enter group discount information on student portal after registration. Members of a group must take courses starting within the same week, but not necessarily the same course. The payment of all group members must be received at least 7 days before the first course in that group starts. To receive a group discount, each student must submit all the names of group members individually online. Students requesting group discounts are ineligible for our withdrawal policy due to the effects it would have on their group members. Any changes to group membership must be completed 7 days prior to the start of the earliest class in the group.
Free Extra-Help Group Tutorials
Each Excel Test student gets unlimited additional extra-help group tutorials absolutely free during his or her SAT course and up to four months afterwards. Students can sign up for the free extra-help tutorials either by calling Excel Test or through their online account at www.exceltest.com. The free group tutorials ensure that any student that has problems with material throughout his or her course can get extra help at no additional charge.
Free Exam Club
The Exam Club allows access to our complete library of SAT and PSAT exams along with electronic scoring and computerized feedback. Students that enroll in any Bay Area full-length Excel Test SAT Full-Length Course are given free access to Exam Club for four months after their course ends.
Students can also upgrade to the Platinum Exam Club which allows them to attend Exam Club sessions until they graduate from high school. The Platinum Exam Club is available for purchase for a discounted $599 any time up until the last day of the student's SAT course, after which it reverts to its regular student price of $799. (For non-students, the price of the Platinum Exam Club is $999.) Students who are members of the Platinum Exam Club have higher priority than regular Exam Club members to access Exam Club resources. As long as a course student has not used the services of the Platinum Exam Club, it may be cancelled and refunded in full up to the last day of the Excel Test course or thirty days after enrolling (whichever is earlier); after this, there are no cancellations or refunds available. Students that join only the Platinum Exam Club without a course for $999 are ineligible for a refund once enrolled.
